Mathias Staut (*1983 in Zweibrücken) studierte Kirchen- und Schulmusik sowie Dirigieren mit den instrumentalen Hauptfächern Orgel und Klavier in Saarbrücken, Köln, Düsseldorf, Trossingen und Bremen.

Heute arbeitet Mathias Staut hauptberuflich als Oberstudienrat am Städtischen Gymnasium Goch und nebenberuflich als Kreiskantor im Evangelischen Kirchenkreis Kleve. 

Mathias Staut (*1983, Zweibrücken, Germany) studied Church Music, Music Education, and Conducting at the universities of Saarbrücken, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Trossingen, and Bremen, with organ and piano as his principal instruments.

He currently serves as Senior Teacher of Music (Oberstudienrat) at the Municipal Grammar School (Städtisches Gymnasium) in Goch. Alongside his teaching career, he is District Cantor (Kreiskantor) for the Protestant Church District of Kleve, where he is responsible for church music, choral conducting, and the development of sacred music throughout the region.
